Chef Marcus Bellini draws from two decades of culinary experience across Italy, France, and New York, weaving Old World technique with modern American sensibility. The open hearth is the beating heart of our kitchen - a 12-foot wood-fired grill that infuses every protein and vegetable with an unmistakable, primal depth of flavor.
Our wine program, curated by sommelier Elise Dubois, features over 400 labels from the world's finest vineyards, with a special emphasis on small-production, biodynamic, and family-owned estates. The list is designed to complement and elevate every dish on the menu.
